Walk, Talk, Do, Care.
Delivered in collaboration with Roots to Wellbeing and Parndon Mill, Walk, Talk, Do, Care. offers a safe, friendly space to improve your mental and physical wellbeing through nature, creativity and community.
Each session starts with some light physical activity in the beautiful natural surroundings of Parndon Mill led by a qualified walk leader from Roots to Wellbeing. We then head indoors for a creative workshop led by a different local artist each month, curated by Matipo Arts.

NOW OPEN FOR BOOKING: Play in 4 Days!
Spend your Easter holidays with Matipo Arts and create an original piece of theatre in only 4 days! Through the course we will explore puppetry, building characters and devising scenes. Each day will be filled with performing, designing, and insight into creative careers from local theatre professionals in the inspirational setting of Parndon Mill. Plus, lunch is included!

This course is for 11-16 year olds, and is taking place in the inspiring surroundings of Parndon Mill 7-10th of April.
🎟️Bursary places are available via the ActivAte Essex Holiday Activity and Food Vouchers Scheme. If eligible, you will have recieved these vouchers directly from your school. If you think you are eligible but have not recieved Holiday Activity Vouchers, please inquire directly with your school.

Each quarter Matipo Arts, in collaboration with local creative Miranda Jennings, lead a responsive break out session tailored to participants with caring responsibilites. Connect with likeminded people, share knowledge and take a breath, while getting creative in the room.
Sessions are free and take place every three months in the idyllic setting of Parndon Mill, Hub of Creativity.
